exercise

• Low intensity exercise
may improve fibromyalgia symptoms, and patients who exercise regularly suffer less severe symptoms than patients who remain sedentary. (Wilke, W, p. 153-170; Carette, S., p. 590-594; Mengshail, AM, et al, p. 345-349)

hydrotherapy

hot foot bath: for fatigue
fever treatments: with caution, not too often, so patient does not become more tired
constitutional hydrotherapy

manipulation

heat: followed by deep massage daily, 10-15 min devoted to each region
spine: manipulate joint adjoining areas of musclar spasm, as appropriate to maintain normal joint mobility.
