» palpate and consider:
UB-20 (+ and/or D): tonifies the Spleen and regulates Spleen Qi; enhances Spleen Yang and benefits the Ying (Constructive) Qi; warms the Middle Warmer (D); resolves Dampness; provides strength to the extremities; Spleen Shu Associated point
UB-21 (+ and/or D): tonifies and strengthens the Spleen; regulates the Stomach Qi; warms and reinforces the Middle Warmer (D); benefits the Zhong (Ancestral) Qi and cultivates Yuan (Original) Qi; transforms Dampness; Stomach Shu Associated point

UB-23 (+ and/or D): warms Kidney Yang and invigorates Fire; prevents or relieves general stress fatigue or premature senility (Finkelstein, p. 44); strengthens Qi Hai; resolves Dampness; regulates fluid system, volatilizes the Bladder, and promotes diuresis; Kidney Shu Associated point
GV-4 (+ and/or D): warms Kidney Yang; relieves mental and physical exhaustion; nourishes the Yuan (Original) Qi; regulates the menses; stops vaginal discharge; distributes Zhong (Ancestral) Qi and Yang to the pelvis to mobilize the Yin of the pelvis; "Gate of Life Fire"
