definition

"In the sense that a healing comes from that state of being in which all is one, no one actually does a healing. A healing is something that happens, independent of anything you do. Healing takes place through a condition of forces agreeing that what is now in one state of being will be altered to be in another state of being. When the healer and the healee are in a state of unity, and the the healed places himself in the hands of the healee, the healer focuses the attentions of both entities on the same desired result. It sometimes comes to pass that the state of being changes, and a healing occurs. In a sense, the consciousness of everything is brought to bear through the wills of two parts of the larger one organism working in unity and aligning with the totally harmonious energy of the cosmos (aka God). This mobilization of cosmic forces feels very much like a form of directed meditation or prayer. Nothing less is involved than the faith that moves mountains. Paradoxically, the less a healer cares about the results of the healing, the more potent the healer can be." (Wallace, p. 34-5)

Letting go of illness means you are willing not to have it any longer. It does not mean that you want it or don't want it, just that you are willing to do without the unconscious benefit received from the illness. People seem to get sick as a way of learning something about their journeys through the physical plane, about who they really are - the being, soul, or entity that lies beneath the material existence.

Psychic surgery: This is surgery without surgical instruments, tools, hospitals, or anesthetic drugs. The surgeon places his bare hands on his patient's body, inserts his fingers into the flesh, and makes the necessary adjustments, frequently withdrawing lumps of diseased tissue or foreign bodies. The fingers 'magnetically' draw the diseased tissue to them. Some surgeons don't enter the body near the afflicted area, because the magnetism will draw the impurity from any part of the body. The operation usually lasts a few minutes, the wound closes completely as the surgeon passes his hand over it, and there is little or no scar.

Most psychic surgeons claim that it is not necessary to open the body at all, and many do not draw blood. It is done to make the process more believable to the patient, to be more congruent with existing belief systems. Tony Agpaoa, a famous psychic surgeon practicing in the Philippines, says he has to open the body, that when a person travels 11,000 miles and spends a few thousand dollars, he needs to see a little bit of blood to believe that something happened. He says the Americans want the show of blood, the primitive people don't require it.
