signs and symptoms: ADD, hyperactivity, agitation, restlessness, fatigue, anxiety, difficulty focusing, insomnia, low back pain.
tongue and pulse:Red tongue with diminished fur or a pale tongue with a red tip; fine and rapid pulses.
indications:Yin Xu (Deficiency), Yang hyperactivity, to supplement the Kidney and enrich Yin, subdue Yang and quiet the Shen (Mind). With the appropriate presentation, may be used in conditions conventionally diagnosed as ADD, neurosis, hyperactivity, insomnia, learning disorders.
