indications: Damp-Heat.
cautions and contraindications: This formula should only be used with significant modification for patients with Yin Xu (Deficiency) or Xue Xu (Blood Deficiency). It should also be used with caution during pregnancy. In cases with Spleen or Kidney Qi Xu (Deficiency), limit the dosage and duration of use of this formula. Symptoms of overdose may include dizziness, vertigo, and anorexia.
ingredients: dosage for one day:
» 3 grams: red atractylodes (cang zhu), magnolia bark (hou po), citrus (chen pi), polyporus (zhu ling), alisma (ze xie), red poria (chi fu ling), white atractylodes (bai zhu), talc (hua shi), siler (fang feng), gardenia (zhi zi), akebia (mu tong), juncus (deng xin cao).
» 0.9 grams: cinnamon bark (rou gui), licorice (gan cao).
