Tian Tai Wu Yao San = "Top-Quality Lindera Powder"

signs and symptoms: Lower abdominal pain radiating to the testicles.
tongue and pulse: pale tongue with a white coating, and either a deep and slow or a wiry pulse.
indications: Liver Channel Stagnation. With the appropriate presentation, may be used in conditions conventionally diagnosed as hypochondriac pain and hernia.
cautions and contraindications:
ingredients: dosage for two days:
» 10 grams: lindera (wu yao), fennel (hui xiang), galanga (gao liang jiang), blue citrus (qing pi), saussurea (mu xiang), areca seed (bing lang), melia (chuan lian zi), croton (ba dou).
modifications:
» to enhance the overall effect of this formula, add tangerine seed (ju he) and lychee seed (li zhi he).
» for severe Cold, add evodia (wu zhu yu) and cinnamon bark (rou gui).
» for Xue Yu (Blood Stasis), add carthamus (hong hua) and persica (tao ren).
