qigong: abdomen

1. leg bending: lie on back with legs out straight, bend legs, raise them and draw them in to touch your abdomen, return to original position, repeat 10 times
2. leg lifting: lie on back with legs out straight, lift both legs simultaneously without bending knees then slowly lower them, keep knees straight, repeat 10 times
3. pretend pedaling: lying on back lift legs into air and pretend to pedal bicycle; movements should be relatively quick, rhythmical and smooth; perform this exercise in 20-30 sec. bursts
4. sit-ups: lie on back with knees bent up, hands behind head; move up to about 45° then back down to back; repeat 10 times
