definition
image: Close your eyes. Breathe in and out. Take a moment to let yourself relax and notice those few places about your body where relaxation doesn't happen very easily. While you are busy noticing that, you realize that you are feeling less than OK in at least one other way. There is a bloated and watery feeling about your body that you have experienced before and have never really liked. Take another moment and breathe in and out three more times and find yourself in a completely different environment. A place so old that nothing is recognizable and you have to guess at what an object might once have been. Everything has turned to dust. There is grey dust and brown dust and rust red dust and yellow dust, plus any dull dusty color that you might ever care to imagine. Nothing lives. there is something sad about such a lifeless, dusty place and you look around carefully to see if there is anything here other than desolation. You see nothing different until your eyes are inspecting those areas of dust that are closest to where you are. Here there is the beginning of change all around you. Realize that this dust is so dry that it is pulling all of the excess water from your body. Take yet another moment to rejoice in your discovery, letting all the water that you do not need go into the dust of ages where it may do some good and then leave, before you lose water that you really need. Then allow your eyes to slowly open once again. (Chavez)
