specific remedies
3 oz. mussels, 8 oz. celery. Boil in 1 pt. water until reduced by half. Eat and drink 2-3x/week. (Butt and Bloomfield, p. 158)
1 lb. catfish, 4 oz. mung beans, 1 1/4 oz. garlic. Boil in 3 pt. water until reduced by half. Drink 10 oz. twice daily 3x/week (Butt and Bloomfield, p. 158)
make tea from lotus seeds and chrysanthemums (Ni, p. l60)
drink juice form celery and grapes, 1 cup three times daily (Ni, p. 160)
cook adzuki beans and black beans with rice porridge and eat per day (Ni, p. 160)
boil Chinese black dates, walnuts, and lotus seeds with rice porridge and eat per day (Ni, p. 160)
