1. lie on back with one leg crossed over the other, then press inner thighs together while tightening, repeat 10-30 times.
2. lie on back with knees bent and hands under head; raise pelvis while simultaneously lifting and constricting anus, then lower pelvis and relax anus; after a while raise and constrict with inhalation; work up to eight repetitions
3. lie on back with arms beside body, relax; without bending elbows raise arms up, back and over head while breathing in, exhale while bringing arms back to sides; repeat 5 or 6 times
4. sit on floor with legs crossed, relax entire body; with legs still crossed, stand up keeping legs tightly against each other while constricting anus; keeping legs crossed, sit down again and relax; repeat 1-30 times
5. standing with legs crossed, press legs tightly together and constrict anus; without uncrossing legs relax; repeat squeeze and relax sequence 20-50 times
6. stand with feet shoulder-width apart; make loose fists and lift them to the sides of chest at nipple level while breathing in; keep elbows back, chest open and head up; while exhaling bend forward into deep bow with hands stretched backward and up and palms open; repeat 5-6 times
7. standing with feet close together, stretch arms overhead and rise up on toes while inhaling deeply; exhale while returning to original position; repeat 5-6 times
