location: At the lateral end of the popiteal fossa, level with Wei Zhong (Bl-54/40), on the medial border of the biceps femoris tendon.
actions: regulates the Triple Warmer and the Water Pathways; benefits, regulates and stabilizes the Bladder; "adjusts Lower Warmer's transformation of water and promotes circulation and removes obstructions" (Finkelstein, p. 48); frees the channels and invigorates the collateral vessels; relieves pain
