image: Close your eyes. Breathe in and out three times. Drift slowly into a relaxed and peaceful state of mind, in which you might, be able at last to agree with yourself, if only for a little while and only about fantastic things. Let your imagination come into play, and allow it to play in ways that perhaps it hasn't for quite some time. Let yourself discover, in the midst of all this play, that a luminous blue object that you can not describe, no matter how hard you try, has come into your imaginary field of view. Notice that this object has no size or shape but only luminosity and location and that even about those, you at moments can have some doubt. Allow yourself to wonder, what can be done with this? And if perhaps, something so insubstantial, might possibly be spoken to. As you open your mouth to find out, in it pops. As if it had been waiting for just that chance and somehow you know, though you can't properly say that you can feel it, that it has slid peacefully down your throat and into the intricate workings of your digestive system. Surprised as you are, it takes no time at all for you to discover, what a blessing this stranger development may be. For the truth simply is, no matter how another might try to rationalize or deny, that instantly you feel wonderful and that great and pleasant sensation starts at your lips and rapidly spreads through the tubes of your digestive being, through the stomach and duodenum, zipping around the curls of the small intestines, up through the ascending colon, across the transverse, down the descending and out at the very end. Wherever the luminous blue has passed, you can feel healing taking place, rough areas smoothed, muscles restored to strength, paralysis freed, irritations soothed, and the work of digestion itself improved.. Let the surprise you feel blossom into joy and entertain yourself with that sweet feeling until, at least for a moment, you have had enough. Then allow your eyes to slowly open once again. (Chavez)
