dietary guidelines

eating principles:
• eat as little as possible
• increase foods rich in Vitamin C
• short fast
• eat foods that are easy to digest: barley gruel or barley juice
• drink plenty of liquids: water, water and honey

• boil for 5 minutes garlic, ginger, green onion, basil, mustard or cinnamon, drink and go to bed (Ni, p. 116)
