eating principles:
• low sugar, low cholesterol

• calorie percentages: 70% complex carbohydrates, protein 12-15%, fat 15-18%

» drug interactions:
• Vitamin K and coumadin (Warfarin): Vitamin K inactivates the drug's function; coumadin interferes with Vitamin K synthesis
