• Bai Tou Weng Tang: Large Intestine Damp-Heat: constipation, reddiish urine, sores in mouth, burning heat around anus, diarrhea with foul smell (possibly containing pus and blood), tenesmus, abdominal pain (possibly with fever), thoracic oppression, dyspeptic anorexia, upflow and nausea, sickly taste in mouth, abdominal dystention, slimy tongue fur, general cumbersomeness and fatigue, urinary frequency and urgency, turbid urine, acne with swollen red lesions in the Yang ming area of the face (Zmiewski, 1985, p. 326; Flaws and Finney, 1996, p. 111; Bing-Shan, 1993, p. 77)
