definition
image: Close your eyes. Breathe in and out three times. After settling down into the deepest reaches of your imagination, realize that you have been in school for a very long time. Allow yourself to sweetly enjoy all of the warm and supportive implications of this realization. This special place has been home to you almost forever and there are many in the school who have been your friends as well as rivals and even enemies. This place and these people have been the color, texture, and flavor of your life. It is time now to graduate and go out from this secluded place. Realize that though you are frightened and will miss old faces and routines, that you are very happy and really can't wait to exit by the one gate leading from the school that you have never before been allowed to walk through. Know that the time has come and as you walk up to the final portal, that will pass you from your past to your future, give thanks that the school was there and be more thankful yet, that the future lies before you. Once you have stepped across and are free in your new beginning, explore to your heart's content and be overjoyed. Then allow your eyes to slowly open once again. (Chavez)
uses: depression, especially with regret
